Escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and step into a world of calm with a rejuvenating yoga class. With a focus on physical, mental, and emotional relaxation, the class is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on stillness and connection to the breath. You'll be guided through mindful breathing exercises and a series of intelligently sequenced yoga asanas (poses), promoting physical strength, flexibility, relaxation, and inner peace. Unwind as you finish the class with a guided relaxation, leaving you feeling restored and centred. Through a regular yoga practice, you'll learn to cultivate a sense of calm and balance both on and off the mat.
Whether you need a gentle yoga practice or a more challenging one, you’re invited to move, stretch, and create a practice that’s unique to you. Classes are small and friendly with 10-12 students.

At CORE by Laura, classes are intentionally kept small to offer a more personal, supportive experience. You'll be with the same teacher and a familiar group of people each week, building continuity, confidence, and a sense of community. This allows me to get to know you, understand how you move, and support your progress over time.
