Welcome!  I'm Laura, a BASI Pilates certified teacher and internationally accredited yoga teacher, passionate about helping people move with strength, confidence, and ease.  My mission is to support each individual in unlocking their full potential and enhancing their overall health and wellbeing through the transformative power of Pilates and yoga. Nothing brings me more joy than seeing my clients move and feel better, and thrive in their daily lives - both physically and mentally.

To ensure the highest quality of teaching for my clients, I chose to train with BASI Pilates® (Body Arts and Science International), one of the most respected and globally recognised programmes in the industry.  BASI is known for its academic excellence and commitment to preserving the original Pilates method while incorporating modern scientific understanding.  This comprehensive education covers the full Pilates system, including all equipment. I’ve successfully completed the training and am now in the final stages of a 500-hour practicum, which includes teaching, observation, self-practice, and case study work—giving me the depth of experience to support you safely and effectively in your Pilates journey.​

I’m also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, having trained with Himalaya Yoga Valley under the guidance of Yogacharya Lalit Kumar, a respected teacher who studied with some of India’s most esteemed yoga Masters.  My classes draw on authentic, traditional teachings that honour the roots of yoga.

With a background as a qualified personal trainer, I’ve also had the opportunity to work with leading global companies such as Coca-Cola and ExxonMobil, delivering health and wellbeing programmes to employees. These experiences have deepened my passion for helping others take charge of their wellbeing.
