Each session is expertly guided by Laura, one of a small number of BASI Pilates Comprehensive Certified Teachers in Devon and Cornwall. Every session is thoughtfully designed around you. With a focus on stabilisation of the pelvis, lumbar spine, and shoulder girdle, sessions help to build strength, optimise alignment, address muscular imbalances, and refine movement patterns.
