Each session is expertly guided by Laura, the only comprehensively trained Pilates teacher in the area, and thoughtfully designed around you. Sessions are tailored to strengthen your body with a focus on stabilisation of the pelvis, lumbar spine, and shoulder. We'll work to optimise alignment, address muscular imbalances, and correct movement patterns. Whether you're recovering from injury, managing back pain, or deepening your Pilates practice, my 1:1 equipment sessions offer precision, support, and lasting results - leaving you feeling stronger, more balanced, and great in your body.
