Your Pilates journey starts here

A 3-week beginner-friendly mat-based course designed to introduce you to the key principles of Pilates. You’ll learn how to move with control, improve your posture, and build core strength—step by step.

You’ll be guided through purposeful movements to help you build confidence in your body and feel comfortable in a class setting.  Perfect if you're brand new to Pilates, returning after a break, or just want to revisit the basics in a supportive small-group environment.

After the course, the class will continue to run weekly as a mixed-level session, open to everyone who wants to keep progressing in their Pilates practice.

If you have any existing injuries, medical conditions, or pathologies, please contact me before booking to discuss the suitability of the classes for your needs.  This ensures that your Pilates experience is safe, effective, and tailored appropriately for you.

I am not someone that likes going to classes but I love Laura’s classes, it actually makes me feel so less stressed and I can see the progress in my body after 6 months, standing a little taller, less back problems and slightly more toned body.  Laura’s attention to details is what makes the difference constantly checking that I am in the right position to make the exercises most effective.  Plus we do have some giggles along the way,  Thank you Laura so much.
